Saturday, June 19 – Day of volunteers 
*Would be good for a group of 4-6*
Sale will be from 9am-2pm.

Welcome Booth – Need 1 person to welcome people to event, complete temp checks and explain the shopping routes

Start at 8:30am and end at 2pm

·         Setup, Restock and Teardown of Plant Sale Area – Need 2-3 people to complete morning of setup, help restock plants from greenhouses to sale area and do small breakdown

Start at 8am and end at 2:30pm

·         Sales Area and Checkout Line – Need 1-2 people to help answer questions about DHR and Rancher products (simple things like pricing, helping them find the correct size shirt, etc), help load products into people’s cars and return carts to shopping area.

Start at 8:30am and end at 2pm

**Could do these in shorter shifts if needed instead of doing the whole time frame (example for welcome booth: 8:30-11am and 11am-2pm)**
