For the second year in a row, we are proud to have Scarleth Aguilar, Private Chef, taking lead of the kitchen. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in NY, Scarleth moved to Tuscany, Italy for four years. She continued to pursue her passion as she taught at the Toscana Saporita Cooking School as Lead Chef Instructor. Scarleth is back in the Austin area and works as a private chef, specializing in Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine.
