Robert is from Houston and joined Down Home Ranch in 2012. He enjoys sewing tote bags and building furniture in the woodshop, where he first learned to sew with help from Peggy, a longtime volunteer. One of his proudest creations was a set of chairs and a table built for the Ranch’s gala auction. Robert says creating gives him time to himself and makes him feel more relaxed and happy.
