InnKeepers: Facilities to Rent

The Ranch is open for your church or family or business to use its facilities. It becomes a win-win for both Down Home Ranch and your event. Our rental prices are very reasonable and the income generated goes back into our program serving those with mental disabilities.

We have the following buildings available to rent

• Pavilion, featuring a commercial kitchen and dining facilities for 150, air-conditioned.

• Two bunkhouse that each sleep 28, air-conditioned.

• Camp Center that sleeps 8, air-conditioned

• Hickory Lodge, a fully contained facility that sleeps 16, air-conditioned. Kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms each with 2 showers, 2 toilets & 3 sinks.

• Swimming pool, junior Olympic size with changing rooms & bathrooms.

We have plenty to do on the Ranch

• Visit the historic Lawhon-Gardener cemetery

• You can hike around the property

• Visit with the donkeys

• Play basketball and other sports on our basketball court or covered patio

• View the many water birds that are setting up housekeeping in our new pond.

Mainly, the Ranch is quiet, away from the hustle of the city. In the evenings you can listen to the coyotes howl and the hooting of the owls.

The Ranch is perfect for small retreats, family reunions, church or school functions, or just a quiet weekend getaway for your family.
