Resident Volunteer: 6 month - 1 year position

Serving as a Resident Volunteer at Down Home Ranch is a 6 month to 1 year position that involves living in and working in a friendly Christian community assisting the special needs residents in their daily work and training projects. Resident Assistant: 1 year and longer position

The Resident Assistant position at Down Home Ranch is a live-in position assisting three adult residents with mental disabilities. Applicants must be 22 years of age or older and be able to meet the demands of a busy household (cooking, cleaning, transportation to shopping & activities and more.) Benefits include a large, private two-room suite with private bath. Salary plus paid vacation, medical, dental & life insurance and retirement plan. Housing, food and utilities are covered.
